The Problem
The company’s leadership recognized the need to digitize more than half of its training offerings within two years, but lacked in-house instructional technology expertise. My role was to guide Rockland’s internal L&D team through a strategic transition to blended and online learning solutions.
The Solution
The proposal presents several scaffolded strategies for integrating learning technology and converting the learning packages to digital delivery. The Rockland L&D department will build competency while achieving business goals.
